When and Where?

Our karate classes are held every Monday and Wednesday from 3:45 to 4:45 PM in the gym at Heinsburg Community School.

Who can join?

Any student (10 years old and up) enrolled at Heinsburg Community School and its staff. All participants must complete the registration package before training begins.

What should I wear? 

Wear comfortable, loose fitting, athletic clothing. Do not wear jewelry and tie back any long hair.  No shoes or socks! We train in bare feet.
